Tumor progression in lymphoma
This project aims to continue the development of mutual cooperation we have established since 2003 in scientific, research training and technology transfer. The research topic is the prognostic factors and effectiveness of therapeutic response in malignant lymphoma. Through two successive PRA projects, we have harmonized the collection, management and analysis of tissue samples, established the system of thesis cotutelle, and exchanged techniques of laser microdissection combined with molecular micromethods and software for databases. We are now focusing together on the relationship between cellular and molecular markers of apoptosis and clinical factors, as well as the comparison of two major sets of lymphoma in different populations, with genetic/epigenetic factors and in a different environment.
